Training Services

We provide courses offering extensive case studies, hands-on labs and quick start tutorials to help accelerate the deployment of iisu into your application. Training on Softkinetic’s products is available as standardized courses which can be customized to client requirements. We provide classes on-site or at Softkinetic’s facilities.

Consulting Services

Softkinetic’s technical services team can help at any stage of your development process. We can assist with gathering technical requirements, provide custom engineering services to adapt or integrate iisu to our customer’s software environment, operating system or applications, or just help customers make the best use of Softkinetic’s products.

Support Services

Softkinetic’s support team is available to help our customers deal with problems they may encounter during installation, configuration, testing or execution of our products. Our helpdesk is available via email or by phone Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CET. Our support and technical services teams are also available for on-site support when required by our customers.
